The proposed building is located on one of the most privileged and undeveloped plots in Cala Sant Esteve. This project has been meticulously designed to harmoniously integrate into a setting of exceptional natural beauty, respecting the topography and landscape features of the area.

Integrated and Respectful Design

The main building consists of a ground floor and a first floor. Thanks to a detailed volumetric study, the construction has been adapted to the steep slope of the land, avoiding major earthworks. Moreover, the strategic placement of the building ensures that the view from the Camí de Cavalls remains unaltered, as the structure is positioned below the access level.

Functional Spaces with Exceptional Views

The architectural program, tailored to meet the client’s needs, includes:

• Ground floor: A spacious living room directly connected to the kitchen through large openings that maximize the breathtaking views of the cove.

• First floor: Main bedrooms and a multipurpose area, both oriented to take full advantage of the stunning surrounding landscape.

Guest Pavilion

Making the most of the slope, a second structure has been designed at ground level, conceived as a guest pavilion. This includes:

• A cozy living and reading area.

• A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

Both volumes are designed to maintain aesthetic and functional unity. To reinforce this cohesion, a reinforced concrete pergola visually and structurally links the two spaces.
