A New Beginning in Alaior

After years in Maó, our family has decided to start a new chapter in Alaior. Unanimously, we chose an ideal plot to design a home that reflects our aspirations.

The Project

After analyzing various options, we created a design that balances functionality, aesthetics, and comfort, meeting the wishes of all family members. It is an area of terraced single-family homes with similar volumes. The applicable regulations allow for variety in composition according to the needs of each owner. Common parameters cannot be established regarding the homes in the sector.
