Description
The proposed program of requirements has evolved as the preliminary project developed, achieving a design aligned with the expectations and characteristics of the surroundings. The final proposal includes a main building distributed over the ground and first floors, optimizing both functionality and aesthetic integration.
The ground floor features a spacious living room directly connected to the kitchen, designed to foster social interaction and efficient use of space. The large openings create a harmonious link with the interior courtyard, providing natural light and a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
The first floor accommodates the bedrooms and a versatile multipurpose area that takes full advantage of the privileged views of the surroundings, becoming a flexible and welcoming space for various activities.
The exterior design respects the identity of the existing architectural ensemble, achieving coherent visual integration. A base of dry stone wall cladding has been proposed, following the slope of Ciutadella Street, reinforcing the local character and providing a finish that balances modernity with tradition.
This project combines functionality, aesthetics, and a special sensitivity to the urban context, prioritizing spatial quality and sustainability in every design decision.
